Guest guest Posted October 3, 2010 Report Share Posted October 3, 2010 Yes, I ground my own pecan flour and added almond flour to make up the total amount because I didn't have enough pecan flour. Worked out well. I haven't done too much baking yet, so can't tell you beyond that but am assuming that could use any nut flour in place of each other in a recipe. I never use 100% of any type of nut flour, especially almond, as my digestion really struggles (constipation). The blend of nut flours, and limiting the amount of muffins or bread I eat, solves that problem. Kim M.
