Cooked carrots or butternut squash with butter, honey is good.  Fresh carrots with the green tops so they are really fresh.  I also used a ton of cinnamon.

Acorn squash (any winter squash) is good baked for something sweet.

Meringues made with honey--which I've never been able to make " but " I've made layers of meringue which I got a little too warm so it turned into this crispy, chewy, gooey stuff--awesome at the time.  I'm sure if I played around with it, you could use it as meringue layers with lemon curd or something between the layers.

You can also find different types of honey.  Honeycomb with honey (make sure it's just honey) is great to chew on if you can find it.  Kind of like wax candy.

Good luck ;-).  I also like the cinnamon, cayenne for hot cinnamon candy.  Still wary of trying to make hard candy though.

I started out using 1 tablespoon of honey in each cup of yogurt, and 1/2 cup of honey in each batch of brownies. I also frequently had a spoon of honey throughout the day. Now I use 1/2 tablespoon of honey in each cup of yogurt, 1/3 cup of honey in each batch of brownies, and no spoons of honey throughout the day. I used to frequently drink juice too, but now just use a small amount to flavor a glass of sparkling water. I still love sweets, I just don't need as much of it to be happy :-).
