Guest guest
I make it up as I go but I'll try to measure it out. I just use eggs, almond flour, and water. If I could eat honey I'd add that too. I grease the pan and then put about 1/4 full with batter. Then put some filling. Then fill with batter. Cook for a couple min and gently roll them over. I use chop sticks because -sanoma wanted $12 for their turner and I didn't want to pAy for them. I already paid for the pan. :-)UC-C 12/09SCD 1/10Daily, CLO, Magnesium, bromelain, acidophilus Mom of 2 crazy monkeys :-) What is the recipe? I didn't see it on the link. How do you cook these? G > > I had never heard of them before but I made some of these tonight and they were TO DIE FOR. I used the donut recipe from comfybelly.com. The options are endless. They can be portable meals or they can be desserts. My family loved them. I made some with cheddar cheese and some with blueberries. But just think... spinach and pureed chicken with parm. Oh my head is spinning. > > http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/ebelskiver-filled-pancake-pan/?pkey=x%7C4%7C1%7C%7C4%7Cebelskiver%7C%7C0 & cm_src=SCH > > I know, one more gadget but I figure if I can make a bunch of these and freese them, I'll have healthy snacks for us when we need something quick and easy. > > > UC 12/09 >
