Guest guest
I presently receive this list in digest form, but I was thinking of going to individual emails .... has anyone found the individual email form to be faster to read through? I used to get digest and it drove me CRAZY!!! You'd frequently get " digests " embedded in digests -- and frequently, it would be so large that it would come as a file that I had to download to read. Getting 75 individual messages isn't bad at all... I pull them up and keep my hand on the delete key.. many messages are only a line or two... I then hit delete and the next message in my inbox pops up. It saves a bunch of frustration. Guest guest
Yes because I can delete a message I don't feel like would interest me. I don't have to wade through a bunch of stuff to figure out what would interest me or not. Guest guest
Lucille, individual emails are MUCH easier to deal with. Don't have to scroll through EVERY email to read the ones you want. You can just delete what doesn't interest you, or just skim and go on. I don't always read every single email......sorry guys... Like many others I have MANY other lists. No time to read things that don't interest me. Give the individual emails a try. You might find you like it. I think I will change off the digests after I am settled down from my upcoming plastics. I think it makes more sense to stay in digest form for that time just not to flood out my mailbox while I'm recovering. Thanks again kids! Guest guest
Lucille, I am no mail all the time. I come to the website to read my messages. This way I don't clutter up my email addy until I can get a spare moment to read. I just jot down the last message number I read and start there the next time. Has been great for me. You do have to put up with some ads, but I'm used to it now and it doesn't bother me. Reba ***************************** > From: DisDog@a... Guest guest
That's exactly why we ask people to clean up their replies, those " imbedded digests. " I sometimes used to get 300-400 emails a day, which is just a tad much, so the digests worked much better for me and others. There's no reason people should get upset or take this request personally. If your not familiar with the digest method, how would you know? And, if you don't know how to highlight & delete all the extra stuff, just ask. in NJ ********************** > > > OMG YES!!! I used to get digest and it drove me CRAZY!!!
