Guest guest
Jodi- Thanks for sharing this story. It is unbelievable. You must have been in shock to see all these things in the toilet bowl--I know I would. The only thing I know about liver flukes is they come from eating raw fish and usually in third world countries where they are endemic. I hope that you continue to purge these flukes and continue to feel better. Too much to handle along with your grandmother's death. Please stay well, Terry
Guest guest
Terry, The Doc I saw explained to me that this idea that one can only catch these kind of things in the third world is a complete misnomer. He expressed to me that when the gut wall is compromised the unhealthy gut is susceptible to all kinds of wicked critters whereas a healthy gut- if it were to ingest eggs of some critter- it wouldn't be an issue.. Basically, everyone walks around with this stuff in their system- it's interesting to track who becomes symptomatic etc.. Jodi
