I've had a jar of peanut butter last 3 months in the refrigerator, and I expect it would last longer as it looked and tasted fine. I usually finish the jar before that point [grin]. It probably depends on the temperature of the refrigerator, how often it is used and left standing at room temperature, etc. I would guess 3 to 6 months, if it stays cold most of the time. Kim M.
