Guest guest
Hi all, I am going to a conference in a few weeks in Tucson and need recomendations of what I can have for breakfast. I can't eat egg whites or dairy. I am thinking of ordering some granola from jkgourmet.com. Any other suggestions? Thanks, June

Guest guest
Can you tolerate egg yolks? If so, you could hard-boil some eggs, peel off the egg whites and just keep the yolks. I found hard-boiled eggs to be the best take-along food on my recent trip (but I can eat the whole egg). They'll keep at room temp for a pretty long time. The other thing I took was canned sardines (packed in olive oil). I had no trouble bringing them through security and you don't have to worry about refrigeration. I can't *promise* that they are 100% legal (probably depends on brand?) but I eat them several times/week and have no problems with them (canned mackerel too). Just make sure you get a kind that is NOT smoked or have any other flavorings. They are nice for trips because you just peel back the lid, don't need a can opener like for tuna. Good luck! misha > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > I am going to a conference in a few weeks in Tucson and need recomendations of what I can have for breakfast. I can't eat egg whites or dairy. Guest guest
Thanks, I can bring some hard boiled egg yolks and pack them in my suitcase with an ice pack. I just ordered 6 orders of jkgourmet granola and almond flour, so I can make muffins too. I make eggless ones. I also will have eggless ginger cookies from SCD bakery. Have a great day, June > > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > > > I am going to a conference in a few weeks in Tucson and need recomendations of what I can have for breakfast.
