Good theory, but that much fried food, or fat loaded would send me straight

to the ER. I can understand your doctor recommending " bulk, " but not in

foods that are downright unhealthy, even for " normal " people! A baked

potato, with cheese and sour cream on it would be healthier than all that

fried stuff! I can't eat that either. LOL

Chicken - prepared any way fills me to the brim - and quickly. Steak. The

low carb noodles that I get from netrition.com - they are made by Darielle.

Toss them with some meatsauce and a custard cup fills me. The Atkins'

Crunchers snacks fill me very quickly as do the bags of Just the Cheese - I

can usually only eat 1/2 a bag of Just the cheese.

Hope this helps...

Marjie

Well, working at Taco Bell, any kind of burrito fills me up after 2 bites.

I just can't handle the flour tortillas---but I can eat the chips or hard

taco shells with no problem.

I've been pondering this. Whatever I LIKE at the moment is what

fills me up way too fast. Might be just peas, canned peas. I never

know.
