It's organic skim milk, cream, nonfat milk poweder, acidophilus, bbifidum, and 4 strains of lactic cultures. Billions of probiotics per serving. (???)

No, this is not legal. The cream was probably added after the culture and

so is not SCD-legal. The added milk powder is a thickener and would

increase the lactose in the final product, while the probiotics in the

mixture are no legal. Nothing with bifidus, bifidum or bifido

cultures is legal.
