If it's elevated, it means your body is pulling calcium from your bones and teeth to keep your serum calcium levels constant. You may need more calcium - I do 3-4 gms a day, and you may also want to supplement with boron and with ostivone. Pam in Niceville ----- Help! Guest guest Posted January 21, 2004 Report Share Posted January 21, 2004 , You need gobs of Vitamin D along with the increased Calcium. Vitamin D is needed to help absorb the calcium. Maybe 1200 I.U. of vitamin D/day?
