I just got a letter from my insurance company saying they are

approving coverage for my Lefort 1 and mandibular ramiosteotomy. I

know - at the very least - that I will need lower jaw surgery...but

I'm not up on all the medical terms. What exactly is a Lefort 1 and

mandibular ramiosteotomy? Any information would be helpful...thanks!
