Guest guest
Hello. Very soon I will be having upper and lower orthognathic surgery through Kaiser in Oakland. Reading older posts, I noticed that apparently the septum is detached with upper jaw surgery. My septum is deviated and I have always had a very hard time breathing through my nose. Will they possibly correct the deviated septum? Does anyone have any experience with this issue? If this is the case, that would be wonderful! And if my nose were no longer a bit (almost not noticeably) crooked, that would be great too!
