Guest guest
> ok so day 10 of D except 1 solid yesterday- I now have tight twisted muscles in feet calves and moving to upper legs -I know potassium and mag help BUT mag causes D and since I have D I probably won't absorb them anyway, right?? > so besides electrolyte drink and epsom baths - anything else? do I get an IV - how long is it ok to go like this? I mean I'm always a lil dehydrated but I keep thinking it's creeping up my body and my hubby's aunt has heart issues due to low potassium (already have an irregular heartbeat so I was getting scared as it crept up the body so to speak > thanks you are not going to get heart issues from 10 days of D. I'd soak a lot in epsom salt baths - which will also give you magnesium. IF eggs have never been a trigger for you, they almost certainly are not causing this now. It's probably microbial, despite lack of results from blood test. Does doc still think you should do antibiotics? How about the pepto bismal? Why did your doc say not to take it previously?
