Guest guest
I wouldn't worry about it - those tests are based on people with terrible diet filledwith processed food, sugar and white flour and its part of the *conventional wisdom*that fats are bad and carbs are better. MaraI like red meat... But recently it was in the norwegian news again that "we" shouldn't eat red meat more then 2 times a week because it increase the risk of cancer. Do you worry about eating much red meat?I like red meat and I like chicken. I don't like pork so much, I really don't know why but sometimes I react to it..kariannescd 1 yearASD
Guest guest
Agreed! It's the same controversy over whether eating red meat directly effects your cholesterol. Most of these issues are exacerbated when combined with processed flours and sugar- none of which we are eating!!! -Joanna > > I wouldn't worry about it - those tests are based on people with terrible diet filled > with processed food, sugar and white flour and its part of the *conventional wisdom* > that fats are bad and carbs are better. > > Mara >
