Hi, I'm gearing up to start the SCD for my 11 year old son with Crohn's. He's on

the verge of his first surgery, which I'm so desperate to try and prevent. I

just learned about SCD a week ago. We haven't started yet but I'm gathering as

much info as possible. So far I'm lacking ideas for his school lunches. Any

tips? Thanks! Grateful to have found this group.
