Guest guest
I would recommend this site for its variety of offerings of gluten free products. They carry authentic foods, and you can get the Bette Hagman mixes pre-mixed, like the 4 flour blends, which is handy if you're starting to bake a lot. They even have frozen products now, and those oreo cookies which i personally am dying to try. http://www.glutenfreemall.com also, i've been ordering from Ener-g for years. You can get a wide variety of flours at a reasonable price (check out their 5 lb boxes of white rice flour or GF blend for Bette Hagman recipes). As a high school student i practically lived on their white rice bread, toasted. But some of the brown breads are not bad either. Just don't try to eat them untoasted. (Not recommended- any of the cakes, pastries, or cookies) http://www.ener-g.com Happy shopping! The selection is so limited in the stores, and often overpriced, so I've had good luck shopping online. Of course some things are going to be spendy no matter where you buy them.
