Guest guest
Yes, I take about 25 mg 3x/day of each of the Bs in a good B Complex as well as an extra 150 mg. of B6 or P5P and I get Spectracell.com testing as often as I can afford it. That proves to be maybe once a year to be sure that I'm still on the right track with that since we shouldn't be taking these things out of balance for US. Also, what are y'all's opinions on doses for High Dose Fish Oils? I'm reading that that's being done for mito kidz and am suspecting that my family has a lesser degree of mito problems.
