I just love that Joey..(haha) He is so funny. Tell him to send me some

of his famous recipes he made for you! I just know that will do the

trick along with adding the 13lbs back I have lost!

The headache is long gone..YAHOOO! Thanks for your concern. I did

have some stomach issues around 10am which surely was not fun, but I

survived.

Yes I am impressed with that 9am arrival. You must be not feeling well

today..(haha)
