RSS parents in California????

Hello friends,

Do any of you RSS families in Califoria see an Endo at UCSF?????

We were just denied Insurance approval to see Dr. H (we have apt. for

1/9/06)Were pretty sure were still going to NY, but trying to find out

if there is a physician at UCSF that could follow up for her. Our

insurance said that they would approve a " consultation " at UCSF

instead, so I'm hoping I can find a good one!!!!! I need to find

someone that will carry out the " treatment " recomended.

Please write me as soon as possible!!! I need to get this started soon!

Should I fight the insurance? We have exhasted the dr.s here in

Fresno, and at Stanford (Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital)? We have

Blue Cross of California.

HELP!!!

Hi Missy,

We've seen one endo at UCSF when n had a surgery there for

something else, and he didn't have a clue about RSS. I felt like I was

being interrogated.

Have you seen Kirk Neely at Stanford? He actually studied with Dr. H a

little and respects her opinions.

I know there's also a very good one I think in the area.

would know the name.

I do have RSS and used to live in SF Bay Area. I do

not know of any at UCSF. You might want to try UCLA

or Cedar Sinai. I do know that LPA members do go down

there for surgeries.
