There is enough in it that it is listed as the *second* ingredient.

there is moo in it? How much could there be with the carbs so low?

Unless, of course, you are a carb addict like me and there is no such thing

as a " reasonable amount. " We all have different addictions. I can have a dose

of morphine, a person with a drug addiction cannot. It is all the same

animal.

Try it and see what happens. I eat minimal amounts of protein, take no

protein supplements, and exist primarily on fruit and yogurt, and well,

some low sugar ice cream, too. I have not gained a pound in two years.

Reasonable amounts of carbohydrates are not going to kill you.

of Carb Countdown. I still haven't tried it but do so want to make Boston Clam

Chowder with it.

difficult but I don't want to stop my success for the taste of milk wantabee.

Has anyone tried it and had bad weight gains? I don't seem to have the lactose

intorence but I haven't tried any " real " stuff so I guess I'm not sure. But

yogurt and cottage cheese don't bother me.

No, carbs won't kill you, but malnutrition from lack of protein will.
