Guest guest
Karianne, are you looking for recipes with cooked chicken. I know probably a dumb question. Wasn't sure if you needed recipes to cook and hen freeze or to use with cooked then frozen chicken. Guest guest
Hey Mara! Chicken bread has a similar texture to bread, but has that chicken-ey type flavor. Hmmm... that's probably not a great description. But I lived on it at the beginning of the diet and even toasted it and dipped it in BBQ sauce like nuggets. I thought it was from pecanbread, but I can't seem to find the source. Anyway, I have it printout out so I'll re-type it...here's the recipe! -Joannna CHICKEN BREAD 2 cups chicken (food process with water to form a paste) 1/3 cup cooked squash 1/4 oil 1 tsp baking soda a little less than 1 tsp of salt 5-6 eggs Bake at 325 (in a loaf pan) for one hour or until golden. > > What is chicken bread, anyway?
