Guest guest
Hi, I saw the link for ordering blanched almond flour wholesale from Hudson Nut http://www.hughsonnut.com/sections/products. Have you ordered from them? Did you like the quality of the it? Also, I saw posts that people make nut milk from almond flour. Can you also make almond butter from the flour or do you need bigger nut chunks for that? Thank you!
Guest guest
I haven't made nut milk yet but for the flour and nut butter, I just grind almonds in a food processor/blender. It makes flour first. You have to keep grinding the flour like 10 min.s to make butter while scraping it off the walls or hitting the outside to get it off while it mixes. It makes the oil release the longer you grind it making it butter. Guest guest
I have ordered ground blanced almond flour from Hudson Nut (25# for $100 or so). It's white, good consistency, makes good baked goods. I'm satisfied.
