Guest guest
Hi Sandy, Everyone recovers differently. I had my surgery almost two weeks ago and I'm very glad I wasn't alone for the first week at home, I could barely feed myself. I had both my husband and mother-in-law here (although we have small kids too). I thought I would have been alot more alert when I got home, but I just wasn't. However, other people will attest to being fine on their own. If you're wired shut, I think it would be a bit scary to be alone as well. If he could take a couple days off, or at least be flexible to take the time off just in case you don't bounce back the way you plan to, at least you have a backup plan. Hope that helps.
