Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have been listening to the news again. Did you hear these stories. Scientist have found the world's smallest fish. I think they found it in the all you can eat buffet at Red Lobster. Also, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons reports that the 5 must popular procedures are: 1). Face Lifts 2). Nose jobs 3). Breat enlargement 4). Lipo suction and 5). Tummy Tucks. You what you get when you combine all those procedures? Cher ! Last, I have been a little quiet lately because everyone at home has been sick. My wife had a bad cold and couldn't talk. So I was in heaven -- just kidding. If you ever want a definition of bad patient, look in the dictionary and you'll see a picture of my wife when she is sick. Can some one please explain how a person can simultaneously be too hot, too cold, hungry, full, food tatses great but you can't taste it? Next time she gets sick, I'm just going to check myself into a mental ward or maybe I'll just send her to WalMart and let her infect the pin head who would not take back my son's defective Christmas present. Anyway at the same time, got sick. He very rarely does. Maybe he gets 1 or 2 mild colds a year and that is it. Well last week he hit the jackpot and I should have bet on the Steelers instead of the Broncos. In a 24 hour period he developed a very bad cold, a very sore throat (the doctor thought it was strep but all tests were negative), 2 ear aches (no infection) and conjunctivitis in both eyes. We are all recovering now. is back in school. My wife is shopping and I only need 2 or 3 more therapy sessions. Ken M
Guest guest
Ken, I have to admit I am not a very good patient, either. I whine a lot. But usually my illnesses are bronchitis, asthma or a cold and I ALWAYS lose my voice. My husband loves it. He yells at me to stop talking. That, of course, makes me more frustrated. Poor guy can't win. Then again, he lets me sleep a lot and takes over. I think it's not 'cause he wants me to get better. I think it's so that I will leave him alone!
