Anyone has or had gummy smile?

I have a gummy smile and I'm (thinking) of having both upper and lower

jaw surgery. I would really like to find someone who had/has this

problem and find out what exactly was done to their jaw, the reason

they did the surgery, if they have before/after pictures and specially

if they think it improved the way they looked..... any information

would be appreciated.
