Help! Where do you research obout the surgery

I have spent many hours in the internet and my local library trying to

find out more information on this surgery but have been very

unsuccessful. Most of the informaiton I've found is not that

informative and sometimes questionable.

Specifically, I want to find out about the cosmetic changes after the

surgery. I have a gummy smile and will be having surgery on both upper

and lower jaw.

Any suggestions???? Please.
