We began giving her evening Prevacid, and coincidentally, the movements have lessened. But they still occur several times a day, according to . Because I don't really " watch " her, I don't usually see them. (they happen within 1-2 seconds). She is having a drowsy EEG tomorrow. This means she has to stay awake (without caffeine or sugar) until midnight, then wake up at 5am, then go to school all day, and have the test at 2:30pm. My biggest worry is keeping her awake during the 30 minute drive to the hospital!!! Loud music, a snack, windows open! Dr. Harbison and our pediatrician both questioned Sandifer's as a diagnosis, because L's reflux has never been that severe. And skipping let's say 3-4 doses of Prevacid of 7, while still giving her the morning dose, just doesn't seem lack enough to do this. Who knows. We still don't have a GI appt. As I learn anything, I of course will tell all of you. Coincidentally, I am finishing the GI chapter for the Guidebook.....
