Guest guest
it's not really a recipe but I puree chicken, pearsauce, sometimes banana with almond or pecan butter. When I have more time, I try to make little pancakes out of it by putting them in the pan w/coconut oil, but they never really turn out like that. It may not look very appetizing, but I love it! I don't do dairy or eggs either. hi has any1 got a nice breakfast recipe that dosnt include cottage cheese or yogurt. or eggs as im sick ov those lol! thanx Tammy
Guest guest
I just made chicken patties that are great any time. And they work great for on-the-go snacks. In a food processor add the chicken to grind. To that I add eggs, baked butternut squash, cooked spinach, roasted red peppers, basil, parm cheese, navy bean paste, s/p, garlic. I made a bunch of these up and froze some. Guest guest
what can you substitute for the eggs? Do you fry or bake these? I just made chicken patties that are great any time. Guest guest
I have just had to change what my idea of breakfast foods are. Sometimes I eat meat and sauteed veggies, sometimes soup...whatever I have. Actually, I have found that I do better on breakfasty foods later in the day (fruits, smoothies, banana pancakes, etc) for lunches than I do first thing in the morning. > > hi has any1 got a nice breakfast recipe that dosnt include cottage cheese or yogurt. or eggs as im sick ov those lol! thanx > > Tammy >
