I'd say go for the half and half, since coffeemate is loaded with sugar and

chemicals. And half and half is half cream/half milk, so heavy may actually

be better if milk (sugar) bothers you.

Is it better to drink heavy whipping creme or coffee mate in coffee? I do

love my coffee and need to know which is best for me. I still drink my

64-100 ounces of water daily also

Shirley,

Since you had the DS, which is equivalent to a distal RnY as far as

fat absorption is concerned, I would go for the real thing (heavy

cream), as you will absorb only a small amount of the fat in it, and

it has the least carb content. ENJOY! --Steve
