Guest guest
How do I cook Kiwi fruit? Do I boil it, then strain out the seeds, so it turns into a type of kiwi mush/sauce:-) I think that's where I'd start. Although I might try peeling the ripe fruit, and then cutting away as much of the seeds as I could before placing the fruit chunks in a double boiler to cook them. That way, you don't have as many to strain out. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
