Guest guest
Oh this sounds like the kind of " lifesaver " that's actually going to do me some good LMAO! Seriously, this sounds like chocolate " methadone " (translation: for chocolate addicts who are trying to manage their habit!) I intend to go on this maintenance program IMMEDIATELY! Just one suggestion Beth: if you are not already using a Dutch processed cocoa (like Droste etc.), consider buying a package. It is quite a bit less bitter than the regular cocoa. Thank you! Guest guest
I'm not a truffle person, but what if you rolled Beth's little " fudge balls " in chopped nuts or coconut or something? It actually sounds interesting for people who like truffles but don't want the sugar or the sugar alcohol. ---------------------------------------- Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.com http://www.5dollarhosting.com .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune! Guest guest
I used to make this concoction a lot pre op (with real sugar and butter) especially at times when my other quick sugar fixes were out (like straight brown sugar from the bag or Nestles Quik). Also if you heat it, it becomes like a hot fudge sauce. Very yummy. Never thought about making it with splenda though, but does put a few ideas in the old brain! ~Kricket RNY 11-13-02 298/140 > > > I take 7 packages of Splenda, 1 Tsp. of baking Cocoa > powder, mix them in a very small cup (like a glass custard dish) -- > then squirt about 10 sprays of the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (or Parkay) Spray (the food topping, NOT the cooking spray like Pam).
