Guest guest
Just wanted to thank everyone for your response on my Gallbladder/Dumping problem. There were just to many of you to thank each one seperately! The thing that makes me think that it is not dumping is that I have eaten this before at KFC and had no problem. As long as I don't over do (and I can usually tell if I am about to dump) I can do some sugars, but not alot. Fats have never bothered me since surgery. I just don't do them very often since they are loaded with calories and I have never been a fat eater to begin with. This was not like any dumping I have ever had. I have always been able to feel it coming on if I eat another bite. This was a full 15 min after I ate. Oh well, I guess we will see on Friday. I will keep you all updated. As far as going to another doc...been planning on that for a while now. Just had to get in with someone quick on this. - I hope that things turn out ok for you. I'll give you my boss so you can kick him around a little to de-stress, LOL! Thanks! Reba > > Reba........A few weeks ago I had several similar episodes. The first two > only lasted about 5-10 minutes but the 3rd was 45 minutes and I thought I > was going to DIE!!! I was on the ground writhing thinking it was a heart > attack (runs in the family real bad) well, two days and a dye stress test > later found out it wasn't the heart. Had the ultrasound and found out that > my gallbladder has " multiple " stones. I know they weren't there before > surgery (was tested for them.) The problem is that my PCP wants it out, but > when they were testing the also found that my spleen is enlarged. I don't > want them messing around in there with my spleen enlarged. And I have been > so unbelievable stressed lately I just don't feel " up " for another surgery. > So I just sit here wondering " when " the next attack will come and avoiding > peanut butter the suspected culprit! But I KNEW it wasn't dumping, > unfortunately I have experienced that enough to know the > difference................. P> >
