Guest guest
HI Lesli, can you tell us how much Lexapro you started on? And were you on 40mg Celexa? Did you totally stop, yesterday, and start the Lexapro? I am very interested to know... Thanks, Dagmar > Probably too early to tell much, but I did seem fine yesterday.Slept > really well also. Guest guest
Hi Ellana, One of the things I noticed 72 hours after starting meds was little short of miraculous. All my life I had cracked dry heels, always snagging tights etc. I would step out of a shower and find that the water had just evaportated away, as if my feet had never gotten wet. They just sucked up any moisture!! I could not believe that after only 72 hours on thyroid meds, something I had put up with all my life as something peculiar to me was changed overnight. My heels have stayed soft and I used to get heel pain if I wore flat shoes. The soles of my feet being that much closer to the the earth in flat shoes, meant my feet got cold very quickly, and then it would feel like I was walking on blocks of ice even in warm weather. Keep feeling well, Val Day 1 > Well, it's nearly the end of my first day on thyroid meds and supplements, and the second day since my first B-12 injection. > > I had a really rough night last night so when I finally rolled out of bed to the floor (LOLOLOL) I was wondering if death might not feel better. Within 30 minutes of taking my new routine, I suddenly found myself feeling 'refreshed', almost energized. And that's the way I was all day. Even my husband said, " Whatever you're smoking, I want some! " > > Maybe all of this is just my imagination so don't burst my bubble tonight;I just want to keep feeling this way a bit longer. And would like to thank everyone here for your guidance, support and the tons of information I've found on here since I joined. > > Here's to your health and well-being, > Ellana > >
Guest guest
What gave you the guidance to start with these three enzymes, I'm desperate for some help. Day 1 I'm very excited. The postmaster came bearing gifts o' plenty. We not only received our bottles of L-Carnosine Plus (AutismCoach. com), but bulk containers of Peptizyde and Zyme Prime (Houston-Enzymes. com). I'll keep you posted on my son's progress. Adonya, Tulsa OK
Guest guest
My son who is 7 months received his helmet on Tues, but due to him being sick and having a fever we have been unable to put it on him and start the break in process. Today we decided to try a little at a time. We put in on him and within 45 min of him playing he was a sleep We were told if he happens to fall asleep not to wake him up to remove it. He took a great nap with his helmet on, I hope this means that this is going to be easier than I thought. This is a little relief for me since I was expected the worst. 7 month son day
Guest guest
The first 2-5 days can be really rough. Headaches, tired etc... but hang in it gets a whole lot better soon. Don't forget your protein. Lots of water. I did water, with lemon and a little sweetener, like drinking lemonade all day. I am anxious for tomorrow to come to see if I have lost any weight. I am using sublingual, Some problem keeping from swallowing, actually I think I might do better with injections. > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
