doctors who don't give support

My doctor, Jake J. , of Great Falls, MT has lost his hospital privileges

but I can't find out why. he is one who told me that I needed no support and

that I should just concentrate on eating two meals a day for the rest of my

life. I was so astounded, because I had done my own research, that I fired him

and had my PCP do my follow up. She is great, but then I supply her with

information too.

How do we find out why someone lost their license or privileges?
