Guest guest
Does anyone know if Chevre (French goats milk cheese) is ok for people who are lactose intolerant? The ingredients say fresh pasteurized goats milk, but I don't know if goats milk has lactose like cows milk does. ---------------------------------------- Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.com http://www.5dollarhosting.com .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune! Guest guest
Terry, I have heard from others who are lactose intolerant that many can handle goat's milk and cheese because it is one of the easiest handled dairy products. My sister and niece (who are lactose intolerant) use goat's milk. Rev.
