Ok I have to say, this hasn't happened to me since I was going through my

FAST losing phase. Since my TT nothing fits. I lost about 25 pounds between

having the surgery and then after. So, most of my tops are too big and SOME

of my slacks are too large also. (Not as much as I still have THUNDER

thighs....<sigh>) Well, my sister and I went shopping today. I wanted a kick

ass out fit to wear to a Christmas party on Sat. We went into a store that I

have often admired the clothes, but usually their tops were too short for

me......and I NEVER try on slacks unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. I found

the cutest robins egg blue sweater with marabou trim around the neck that I

can were out or tucked in.....and then they asked about slacks....I

said....I have never been able to wear your slacks. My sister, said...HOW

long ago has it been since you TRIED? Well, I ended up with a beautiful pair

of black wool slacks (with a BELT!!!!!!!) and my sister and I ended up

hugging and crying.....because it has been over 30 years since I have been

able to wear something tucked in with a belt!!!! The people in the store

thought we were nuts...standing there crying and hugging and jumping up and

down. I am so GLAD that my sister was there to share that with me. And as I

go into the changing room...I hear her tell someone....I am so proud of

her...I call her the incredible shrinking woman! What a DAY! (Keeping in

mind that my sister is a size 8! and always has been).
