What a Wise Woman you are Queenie Bee....All is taken on Board by Moi.

I was just thinking about this Post as I was making my BED!

It strikes me that the Posts that are seen as either Socialising or Chit Chat or Off Topic are really openings for us to build up those more 'personal' mind pictures of each other & our various lives. Then our emnotional selves come into play & that really makes us CARE about our Air Family!

Only sharing information of a Medical Nature just wouldn't go this extra Mile.

Golly I DO care about so many of you..I laugh & cry & stamp my foot & Blow my Stack at injustice & WANT to know how everyone's Lives are going !

Yep, we sure are Diverse & isn't that Wonderful!

Yours in A 'Reformed' State re Subject Headings..... but still an unabashed Partier & Chit Chatter!

>> Hi everyone,> Just a quick word to let you all know that I appreciate each and every one of you. This is a diverse group and I find it pretty remarkable how well we all get along. Patience, kindness and tolerance go a long way.> In person support groups generally meet for a limited time at intervals. My local group meets once a month for two hours. In that format the moderator has to keep member conversations on topic and fairly brief in order for everyone to be heard and desired topics to be addressed.> > This group is here, up and running 24/7, 365 days a year. That is why we can afford to be a little looser about off topic conversations and yes even the "virtual parties". We have all the time in the world. Not all topics will be of interest to everyone. Some posts will be annoying to specific people. I will say what I've always said, feel free to skip and delete posts you don't want to read.> Speaking for myself I am going to make more of an effort to make sure that the subject line of the message matches the topic I'm writing about. It is true that as conversations go on and change direction the subject line needs to reflect that. I would appreciate it if everyone could make a similar effort as much as is humanly possible.> > The most important thing we all can do is continue to treat each other with kindness and compassion. We all share a devastating diagnosis and we all deserve kindness.> > Thanks to all of you for your patience and support.> > Beth> Moderator> Fibrotic NSIP 06/06 Dermatomyositis 11/08>
