Um...isn't the operative phrase here... " In which they or other list members

have a personal financial stake " I don't know how this individual would

personally gain from saying where they got their products. Other than to be

helpful. Sometimes we miss the principle in enforcing a RULE. Sorry if I'm

off base here, or have missed the point. I have pointed people to the

Vitalady site on many occasions via lists...and this is the first I heard it

is wrong to do that. If I have egg on my face....oh well..it IS protein

after all. LOL!

Jacque, as I read this, I think the qualifier of " OR OTHER LIST MEMBERS HAVE

A PERSONAL FINANCIAL STAKE " is specific to what you are saying. Meaning,

while YOU as the listmember making the recommendation may not have a financial

stake, perhaps the listmember you are recommending as a resource DOES have a

financial stake ... capisce?

Yeah.

I capisce! Let's just hope that part of the Walton family doesn't need WLS

and heaven forbid join this list...because then we couldn't discuss Blue

Bunny yogurt, or anything that people just happen to pick up at Wally world.

Maybe we just shouldn't discuss products at all...because who knows who

might own stock in the company and profit from it?? Sorry...it's late.
