Hi Kat,

I vowed that I would never again take eating food for granted. I'm

often the last to finish. One of the programs I took recently had a

section on mindfulness in eating, and I can honestly say I excelled!

Most people just gobble their food down without thinking about it.

Hot weather summer? We had a real heat wave at home before I spent

about 3.5 weeks in Ireland in July. Usually I take sweaters when

travelling there, as it is cooler than I am used to, but not this

time. In the small towns we were in, there was no air conditioning,

so we used to go into the grocery stores as they were nicely cooled!

Got back for about a week, then went to Vermont for a week - also a

heat wave there and no air conditioning where I was staying :< It's

cooled down nicely at home, though. Pretty soon we'll be into cool

nights and before we know it, fall will be upon us. i love the

colour changes of the leaves, so I'm looking forward to that.

That's plenty of time on the internet for me - I really got used to

being disconnected, so I'm trying to limit my daily surfing if I can.

Are you done with school now?

Good to hear from you again!
