I usually slice cooked chicken (no matter how I cook it) and freeze individually to grab what I want later. I will also cube some and freeze. You can also puree some in your broth. I'm going to make more chicken stock this week and will then (again) have many lbs of cooked chicken. I'm making chicken bread and pancakes.
