Another question about nose changes after surgery

I've ready a good number of posts concerning the changes in the nose after

surgery.

It just dawned on me that the amount of change in the nose depends on the amount

of movement of the upper jaw (daaaa!!!). Anyway, my surgeon expects to move my

upper jaw up about 7mm.

Has anyone had the surgery and had their jaw moved up close to 7 mm and noticed

nose movements after the surgery. Did you see a subtle change/big change? How

did it change, get wider? tilted up?

My surgeon already told me that my nose will probably get wider and tilt up a

little but I can't get him to tell me if he thinks it will be a subtle change or

not. ahhhhhh.
