Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear you're having problems. Here I was hoping

we could be braces-off buddies together. I'll keep my fingers crossed

that the antibiotics clear everything up and you don't need another

surgery. I hope you have a good weekend and feel better by Monday.

It's back to the salt mines for me.

Tuesday! Let's just hope the antibiotics do their job this weekend. You

Hi , Geez, I'm off the board for a few days and now I find you

might need another surgery!!

I sure hope the antibiotics work. I've been fighting a low grade

fever and sinus infection but am doing ok (2nd time in a month -

guess I should have told the OS about it), but don't think it's

related to surgery. You'll be in my prayers to not have to have

surgery again.

OS still doesn't want me biting down on anything chewy (like pizza)

or harder than bread with the front teeth (protect TMJ's). I saw

him Wed. Otherwise I'm muddling along. He was concerned about my

sleep problems and the fibromyalgia. I told him I'm enrolled to

start a new clinical trial with Dr. I. Jon (one of the

leading researchers in area of fibromyalgia). Of course I won't

know if I'm getting the placebo or the medication as it's a double

blind study to see if the meds reduce pain (and hopefully help

sleep).

It is amazing all the twists and turns we go through with this

surgery. Last week I thought I was on my final leg of this long

journey and now I am heading into possible surgery on Tuesday. I

guess I have really earned my caboose title of the June group..

(haha)

I sure hope that clinical trial you have enrolled in brings you some

answers to your Fibromyalgia and sleep problems. Keep me posted on

how it goes because I am interested in the results.

Hugs to ya & I will let you all know on Monday if Tuesday is a

positive go for surgery.
