I have the recipe out on my counter because I'm making it tonite!

Here is what I make - don't know who it originally came from

2 c DCCC

2 eggs

1 c almond flour

1 c cheddar cheese - shredded

Stir all together. Place in a small buttered dish. Grate a little more cheese on top. Sometimes I grate some parmesan too. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 250 about 20 min or until golden brown on top. I then broil for a few minutes to crisp up the top.

Hello SCD'rs!

Can anyone remember a recipe that was made with DCCC I think and obviously something else but some one a few years back posted that it tasted like mac and cheese?

Also does anyone have a easy recipe for a bread made with very little nut flour?

Thanks
