I suffer from this too!!! About two months ago, I had crept up to

five pounds over my goal weight, which my preset " panic " trigger. I got back on

the wagon, gave up my chocolate chips and ice cream and dropped the five

pounds.. and then, miraculously, another two on top of that -- I was at 158 and

some days, 157. Dang, I was jazzing on those numbers!! And, I wanted them to

go

even lower. It had been before that I wanted to be " one fifty - anything " ,

and now, those one-fortys are calling my name. Well, the down side to this is

that my damn pants don't fit -- they are all baggy as heck in the waist and

butt. I don't like it!

I don't want to be any " thinner " really, I just want to weigh

less...does that make any sense?
