Guest guest
Pam take from this recipe what you can...1 lb hamburger ground1 lb turkey groundFresh basil(maybe 1/4-1/2 c)3 cloves roasted garlic1-2 eggsLittle almond flour (I used to use bread crumbs)Parm cheeseSome onion (1/2) minced and cookedRoasted red pepperS/PMix all and place in meatloaf panTop off with Tom sauce & parmHmmm I'm a little of this and a little of that kind of cook. Cooks at least an hour at 350. What does turkey have to get to? 170? Make sure to test.Freezes well and makes great sandwiches. Hope that helps and doesn't frustrate with my lack of measuements.
