Guest guest
The last 3 months I have had rabbits bms.. Dots with undigested food, and they where normally dark green (I ate lots of green vegetables..). Sometimes small and sometimes larger dots. After the accident with MSG and glucose for 3 weeks ago and then my attempt to try cabbage (that also failed) my stomach got very bloated. I decided to stop eating all veggies except wintersquash/pumpkin and carrots. And I would continue with goat yogurt, blueberries and avocado. I did this for 2 days and the bloated stomach got away (Tuesday and Wednesday) . I also think that I took a to capsules of grape fruit seed extract that day, I don't normally take it. (I know it is stupid to do 2 things at the same time but sometimes my head just don't think far enough)..Thursday after starting this I had the first "sausage" bm for 3 months, and it didn't have so much undigested food in it. Friday was the same, no rabbits dots! And on saturday the dots where back... I started to eat broccoli and cauliflower on thursday evening. And it takes my stomach 2 days to let the food to true. So I'm thinking maybe it is the cauliflower or broccoli?.. Sunday and monday was also rabbits dots. Sunday I ate a blueberries and yogurt to lunch and got a strange pain so I took charcoal and that helped. From monday morning I went back to "the orange vegetable diet" with squash, pumpkin and carrots. I had rabbits dots this day.Thuesday I had rabbits dots, they where black this time (because I had taken charcoal). Later that they I had another bm that wasn't dots (I think) but it was so fast that I "couldn't see it..." And I don't put my hands into the toilet *lol*.. And thats it. There haven't been anymore bm since Wednesday. When I try to poo it won't get out, only a bit air. So what do I do now?I continued with orange vegetable until saturday lunch. Then I ate cauliflower. I want to go to the toilet.. Before I was every day and sometimes even 2 or 3 times! Karianneasdscd 1 year
