Guest guest
Hi there! Glad all went well for you, and that you're home and feeling well. By the sounds of it (screw loose), your surgeon and you did the right thing by going right back in and fixing things. You say you were " healing nicely " from the first surgery. Good sign again - that means you'll probably " heal nicely " from the second as well. Stay positive and remember to do all of the things you did the first time. Stay hydrated, minimize talking, get plenty of rest and good nutrition. Wiring is no fun, I hear, but at least you don't have the risk that you'll knock things around again. Can't help with the extra $$$, but I'm sure it was worth it to get things fixed properly. Try not to blame anyone for your misfortune, that just makes it worse. Best to focus on your healing now. Best wishes,
Guest guest
Hi Nky_guy77, Glad everything went well. I can imagine that it isn't pleasant to go through the swelling and early recovery issues once you have already gotten past the worst of it, but at least it seems like this time the result is more stable for you. I am glad about that. Surgeons do have a wicked humor it seems to me when you are just becoming aware. " screw loose " lol Will cross my fingers that you will be back to work in the same record time as before! Glad you are back.
