Luna,

Believe it or not, Jimmy Dean has in the frozen section omelets. I

think they have Western Omelet, Ham & Cheese Omelet, and Cheese

Omelet. I saw a coworker eating them one day and it smelled so

good. I really thought she had just made it herself. When she told

me it was from the frozen section, I was like no way. They only

take 2 minutes in the microwave to heat up. Of course if you have

no microwave that will do you know good. But if you do, they surely

would be worth trying out to see if you like them. You may have to

wait until they go on sale because they are a little expensive. The

Boost is good for when I am really hungry and can't break away from

the office to eat.

Today I had one of those frozen rice w/cheese & broc. dishes which

was really tasty. It is now going on 2:00pm and I am very satisfied

with my belly full. Wow, what a day I had today, omelet & rice

dish..Life is getting better..(haha) Oh yea, I sucked on a few M & M's

which were delish!! Melts in your mouth..(haha)

Well at least starting on Monday you will be able to eat a little

more which should help you out. You have all weekend to plan those

lunches for next week...(haha)

Have a Great Week,

Caboose
