It's fine in vitamin D. It's illegal for cooking.

Could you tell me which is correct, as my Vit D supplement has Soybean

oil in it.

Your vitamin D supplement is fine.

Soybean oil has been legal since I began SCD. Where the confusion comes

in is the fact that SOY PRODUCTS are illegal. There was also a confusion

that some soy oils were not refined enough to remove all of the soy

protein to which, for instance, ASD kids reacted, so Pecanbread will tell

you it is not legal. But it IS an oil, and it IS legal.

But it IS an oil, and it IS legal. Wonderful that you offer the rationale behind why something is legal/illegal, Marilyn. It helps me to feel much safer when I eat it :)Many thanks (again!)AMIBS 13/3/09SCD 16/6/10no meds IBSpre-SCD Severe Depression
