M,

I had surgery on my upper jaw, and a lot of work done on my cheek bones and

nose. Prior to the surgery I didn't have any dimples but I do have some now.

I had surgery 9 weeks ago and I did lose my dimple...at first. It has

recently decided to make an appearance once again which has pleased me

to no end as I am also very attached to my dimple. I think post op with

the swelling you are bound to lose some of your normal features but

most of the loss will only be temporary. Every day that passes by every

one tells me that I look more and more like my old self, just mora

balanced.

Upper jaw moved up and back, lower jaw brought up, 4mm palet expansion,

2 upper bicuspids removed and genio
